The modified Asanas (yoga poses) on the pages of this section are NOT meant to diagnose, treat, or cure ANY injuries, ailments, or conditions. My statements have not been approved by any medical or scientific organizations; they are based on my 35+ years of experience studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga as well as learning about the human body, movement, posture, and alignment.
Many yoga students and I myself have experienced many of the stated benefits as well as relief from pain or discomfort by practicing these asanas or stretches in classes or at home.
