There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients will be charged for missed appointments.

Norma adapts routines in creative and beneficial ways to suit your personal requirements and is always patient and responsive to your needs. Greatest benefit is maintaining flexibility. In addition, sessions have a calming effect: I always sleep better after a lesson.

Iyengar Yoga is demanding and specific. I can't imagine anyone more dedicated to her work than Norma. She is determined to do everything in her power to help you get it right. I believe she is unique because of her attention to and knowledge of different parts of the body. Norma has an uncanny way of zeroing in on every problem that needs to be addressed.
I believe Iyengar Yoga has made me stronger and more flexible. I love the feeling of challenging my body in terms of alignment, flexibility and range of motion. I've never gotten that sense of accomplishment with any other activity.

I love private classes with Norma. We focus on selected poses that I’ve learned in group classes – poses that challenge me (balance!), poses that my body most needs (opening hips!) and poses that are my favorites (headstands!).
Norma’s undivided attention during private sessions spurs me on to greater heights in my personal yoga practice. For me, these sessions are the perfect complement to the group classes that I attend regularly and enjoy so much.

I do the poses you taught me 4-5 days a week for 30-40 minutes and, like you said, the pain is gone! Hard to believe.
